Therapeutic massage sessions combine a variety of techniques to best address your individual concerns. Your session may include CrainoSacral Therapy and other fascial techniques to address the body's connective tissue. In every session I work to unwind chronic or acute pain/tension patterns in the body while also providing a deep sense of relaxation. Massage therapy has shown to be particularly effective in
