All services are subject to sales tax. Minneapolis sales tax is included in the rates listed below.

Cancellation Policy - A minimum of a 24 hour notice is required for appointment changes or cancellations (not applicable for illness related cancellations). Late cancellations will be charged half of the original fee if I cannot fill the appointment.
