If you are interested in scheduling a massage appointment, please read through the following new policies and procedures prior to booking. Please make the choice that is best for you and our community, considering your personal risk factors and your exposure.


I am not taking new clients at this time due to Covid-19. Online scheduling is open for current clients. The scheduling page is password protected. Please contact me if you do not have the password.



I'm not taking credit card payments at my office right now, so I have two new options for credit card payments. 

- You can now pay for your massage right when you book it. An option will pop up to pay by credit card. If you don't want to do this, you can select "pay in-person" to bypass this step and simply book your appointment. 

- I've also created a new shop on my website. Here you can prepay for your massage or your massage package at any time.  SHOP

-Check and cash payments are still great for in-person payments and can be left in a payment box at my office.



My office building, the Center for Performing Arts, is undergoing a building expansion project. Construction will be happening outside the building Mon - Fri. Please plan to expect some noise during your session. I will be doing my best to create some white noise to diminish the construction noise. 

I will have a pair of over-the-ear noise reduction headphones that will be properly disinfected and you can choose to wear. This will bring the music right to your ears and may help to reduce the background noise. You can also bring in your own headphones or earbuds that I can connect to my music (or your own) via AC cord or bluetooth.

I am following practice guidelines recommended by the Federation of State Massage Therapy Boards (FSMTB), along with infection control recommendations made by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).


What I’m asking of you:

  • If you are sick or experiencing any respiratory or flu symptoms, fever, sore throat, or shortness of breath please cancel your appointment. There is no penalty for cancelling due to illness.

  • If you have been exposed to someone diagnosed with Covid-19 or with Covid-19 symptoms within the last 14 days, please cancel your appointment. 

  • Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure there is no waiting or client overlap in the hallway.

  • You will need to wear a mask while in the building, during your intake, and during your session.  If you do not have a mask, I will provide a disposable one. For some, it is difficult to breath in a mask while prone (face down). If this is a concern, please ask as I have an alternate set up for this that still provides a barrier. 

  • You will need to complete a Covid-19 screening questionnaire and waiver prior to beginning each session. 

  • Before entering the room, please clean your hands with the provided sanitizer. Please do the same before leaving. 

What I’m asking of myself:

  • I will cancel all appointments if I am sick, experiencing any of the above symptoms, or have been exposed to someone diagnosed with Covid-19 in the past 14 days.

  • I will be wearing a mask the entire session.

  • Your appointment intake will take place at a distance of 6 feet or greater.

  • I will be practicing proper hand hygiene, which renders gloves unnecessary unless bodily fluids are present. However, if you would prefer I wear gloves I have gloves available. Just let me know.

  • I will be changing my clothes between each appointment.  

  • During your session I will not be touching your face. If there are other areas you do not want touched, as always, please let me know.

  • Talking during your session will be kept to a minimum to reduce the chance of introducing droplets into the air.

  • Window AC, fans, or open windows will be used to introduce fresh air and improve air circulation.  

  • All surfaces will be disinfected before every session.

  • The massage table and face cradle will be disinfected top to bottom before each appointment. 

  • All linens will be washed with laundry disinfectant and dried on a sanitizing cycle.
